Niño Ramirez was an athlete who joined the Olympics competition for the Philippines in the 1936 Summer Olympics.
With 49 nations in the contest, the Olympiad was hosted by Berlin, Germany. Ramirez competed in the men’s long jump event under the track and field athletics program. This event was the same discipline that the popular Jesse Owens bagged. For the qualifiers, participants had to reach the necessary requirement of jumping at least 7.15 meters.
