Bibiano Ouano was a basketball player who competed in the men's tournament at the 1936 Summer Olympics.
A native of Cebu, Ouano played basketball for the Philippines at the 1936 Berlin Olympics where they placed 5th out of 21 countries overall, after winning a gold medal at the 1934 Far Eastern Games. He played for the Colegio de San Juan de Letran Knights, graduating in 1930. Later, he attended Ateneo University and became a member of their team. With the Ateneo Blue Eagles, he claimed three consecutive NCAA college championships from 1931-33, the last as team captain.
Ouano later coached the Ateneo team to two NCAA Championships in 1954 and 1955 before he took over the Letran Knights.
