Francisco Vicera was a wrestler who competed in the men's freestyle bantamweight at the 1948 Summer Olympics in London, United Kingdom.
At the age of 25, he competed in his first and only Olympic Games. He lost to Ray Cazaux of Great Britain in the first round. He was defeated by Charles Kouyos of France in the second round and got eliminated from the competition.
