Rafael Barretto was a basketball player who competed in the 1956 Summer Olympics in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. At the age of 25, he competed in his first and only Olympic Games. He was a member of the Philippine basketball team who placed 7 th out of 15 at the 1956 Summer Olympic Games. He was also part of the squad who won the bronze at the 1954 FIBA World Championship.
He died on December 25, 1999 at the age of 68.
