Freddie Elizalde was a swimmer who competed in two events at the 1960 Summer Olympics, earning 6th place for the Philippines in Butterfly stroke.
In the Asian Games in Tokyo in 1958, he won a silver medal in the 200m butterfly and as part of the 4×100 m medley relay.
