Nelly Restar was an athletic who competed for the Philippines in the 1964 Summer Olympics. This was held in Tokyo, Japan.
Under the sprinting category of the track and field discipline, Restar competed in the women’s 4 x 100m relay. This was the sole relay for women in the whole athletics program of the Olympiad. Together with Aida Molinos, Loretta Barcenas, and Mona Sulaiman, the Filipina team ended their stint with a 48.8 time in their scorecard.
