A Filipino sports shooter with specialization in the rapid-fire pistol event, Horacio Miranda represented the Philippines in the 1960 Summer Olympics in Italy, the 1964 Summer Olympics in Japan, and the 1968 Summer Olympics in Mexico. He also competed in the Asian Games in 1962 and 1966.
