Antonio San Diego was one of the representatives of the Philippines in the 1968 Mexico Olympics where he played Basque Pelota, a rare sports event together with his fellow player Benjamin Peñalosa. They scored 40 points in the Cesta Punta doubles garnering one place higher to USA.
