Helen Elliott was a swimmer who competed in four events at the 1968 Summer Olympics in Mexico City. Prior to that, she bagged medals in the Asian Games in Bangkok in 1966 in the 100 m freestyle, 200 m freestyle, 400 m freestyle, 4×100 m freestyle relay, and 4×100 m medley relay.
