Ernesto Beren was a Filipino gymnast who was one of the youngest athletes to represent the Philippines in the Summer Olympic Games.
He was 18 when he donned the Philippine colors to compete in the Olympics in Mexico City. He competed in the individual all-around event, the floor exercise, rings, and parallel bars. He was with Norman Henson who competed in five events in the said edition of the Games. Until 2021, it was the last time the Philippines was able to qualify for gymnastics in the Olympic Games.
