Nicolas Aquilino was a light-middleweight boxer who competed in the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich, a right he earned after winning a bronze medal in the 1970 Asian Games in Bangkok, Thailand.
In Munich, he lost in the elimination rounds to Evengelos Oikonomakos of Greece, 0-5. Two years later, Aquilino scored a repeat of his bronze medal finish in the Asian Games in Tehran, Iran.
