Carmen Torres was a Filipino sprinter who competed at the 1972 Summer Olympics held in Munich, West Germany.
At the age of 24, she competed in her first and only Olympic Games. Unfortunately, the Philippine Team was disqualified in heat one of the women’s 4 x 100m relay.
