Rodolfo Guaves is a former cyclist who competed in the sprint and 1000m time trial events at the 1984 Summer Olympics and 1982 Asian Games. At the age of 30, he competed in his first and only Olympic Games. He placed 3rd in heat four of the sprint event, failing to advance any further. He finished 2nd tothe last in the 1000m time trial, clocking 1:11.61.
