Francisco Guanco was a swimmer who competed in two events at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, California.
At the age of 19, he competed in his first and only Olympic Games. In the 100 m Breaststroke event, he clocked 1:07.55 in heat Seven of the first round and placed 6th, failing to qualify for the finals. He placed 5th in heat two round one of the 200m Breaststroke event with 2:26.12 time, failing to advance to the finals.
