Percival Alger was a fencer who competed in the individual sabre event of the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, Korea, placing 37th out of 40 contestants. Before he qualified for the Olympics, Alger was a gold medalist in the 1987 Southeast Asian Games in Jakarta where he defeated compatriot Alex Santos in individual sabre.
