Gregorio Colonia was a flyweight weightlifter who competed at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, South Korea.
At the age of 25, he competed in his first and only Olympic Games. He placed 20th out of 24 participants overall with 205 kg. He worked as a weightlifting coach after retiring from competitions. His trainees include his nephew Nestor Colonia who competed in the 2016 Summer Olympics as a bantamweight.
