Herman Suizo was an athlete who competed internationally for Philippines in the 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games. Under the marathon program, he ranked 52nd with a time score of 2:25:18.
In 1991, Suizo established the National marathon record when he clocked 2:19:50 in the Seoul International Marathon, a mark that stood for over ten years in the Tokyo International Marathon.
