Isidro J. R. Vicera was a boxer who competed in the men's flyweight event at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain.
At the age of 22, he competed in his first and only Olympic Games. He defeated Stanislav Vagaský of Czechoslovakia in the first round and lost to Héctor Ávila of Dominican Republic in the second round, failing to advance to the quarter-finals.
