Norberto Oconer was a cyclist who competed at the 1988 Summer Olympics held in Seoul, South Korea and the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain.
At 23 years old, he competed in the men’s individual road race in both the 1988 Olympic Games and the 1992 Summer Olympics. Oconer finished 90th out of 103 participants at the 1997 Tour de Langkawi in Malaysia. In 2020, his son George Oconer claimed the LBC Ronda Pilipinas individual title.
