Born in 1998, Luis Gabriel Moreno was the flag-bearer of the Philippines in the 2014 Summer Youth Olympics in Nanjing, Jiangsu, China. Together with female archer Li Jiaman, Moreno won the mixed international team event at the same Olympics.
