Jayson Valdez is a shooter for the Philippines at the 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics at the men’s 10m air rifle event. Valdez secured a bronze medal at the 2015 Southeast Asian Games held in Singapore.
He is a second-generation athlete following the footsteps of his father and 3-time gold medalist, Julius Valdez. Besides being a national athlete, Valdez is also a member of the Philippine Army.
